Submission of a Request for Administrative Review
The request for administrative review (application) is submitted using the electronic form below.
PLEASE NOTE, that the application can be submitted only in Finnish or Swedish.
The application should state:
- the decision for which rectification is sought and
- the nature of the rectification sought and
- the grounds on which it is sought.
The negative decision of the Regional Committee on Medical Research Ethics and the material submitted to the Regional Committee (in its entirety) should be attached.
The application must be submitted to the Administrative Review Division within 30 days of notification of the decision (opinion) of the Regional Committee. If the claim is not made within the time limit, it shall be declared inadmissible.
Generally the Division meets on a monthly basis.
